About ONE FACE
(Nose job)Dr Cleland is a Specialist Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgeon based in Adelaide, South Australia and is a local expert in facial plastic surgery procedures. Dr Cleland is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons (FRACS) and a member of both the Australasian Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery and the Australian Society of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.
Dr Cleland completed medical school in 2006 at the University of Adelaide and subsequently completed specialist training in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. During this time Dr Cleland also completed a PhD in sinus surgery and published numerous peer-reviewed journal articles. This work led to several accolades including the American Rhinologic Society Research Award, University of Adelaide Dean’s commendation and the University Doctoral medal. It was during these formative years that Dr Cleland also developed a deep interest in facial plastic surgery.
After gaining Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons Dr Cleland then undertook further post-fellowship training in facial plastic and cosmetic surgery in Perth, Australia with International Federation of Facial Plastic Surgery Societies past president Dr Tuan Pham and Dr Cary Kailis. After this Dr Cleland then completed observerships in the USA, learning advanced techniques from world leading surgeons including: Facial Plastic Surgeons Neil Gordon and Andrew Jacono, and Occuloplastic surgeons Guy Massry and Michael Groth. Dr Cleland also continues to visit leading international surgeons and attends regular national and international meetings to stay up to date. Dr Cleland is also a Consultant ENT Specialist at Modbury Hospital, a role which provides an opportunity to teach junior ENT surgeons.

Dr Cleland has a special interest in procedures aimed at alleviating nasal obstruction such as septal surgery, nasal valve surgery, correcting traumatic nasal deformity, sinus surgery and management of paediatric ear nose and throat conditions.
